Among Hanover Environmental Services, Inc.'s areas of specialty is the assessment, remediation and monitoring of soil and water pollution associated with Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and other non-petroleum pollution sources. Hanover Environmental Services, Inc. has extensive experience working with private landowners, developers, commercial real-estate lenders, land trusts and conservation organizations to evaluate sites for potential contamination. Hanover Environmental Services, Inc., has managed the clean-up of several hundred Brownfields sites through the Cal-EPA Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, including the successful closure of dozens of sites.

Our staff includes California Professional Geologists, environmental scientists, licensed contractors, environmental assessors and experienced field technicians. Hanover Environmental Services, Inc.'s geologists and project managers have extensive experience in meeting the requirements for documenting and reporting clean-up activities to regulatory agencies as well as obtaining the appropriate permits for such activities. Hanover Environmental Services, Inc., acts as the liaison between the client and regulatory agencies and has worked with various state and local agencies including: Cal-EPA, Department of Toxics and Substance Control (DTSC), State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWCB), California Air Resources Board (CARB) and local Air Quality Management Districts (AQMD) or Air Pollution Control Districts (APCD) as well as County Environmental Health Departments. Hanover Environmental Services, Inc. also has extensive experience working with the SWRCB Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Program (Fund).
