Brownfields Project Sites:
Hanover has extensive experience with the Cal/EPA's Brownfields Programs, particularly the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. Working with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and/or Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board), Hanover has managed and conducted Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Site Investigations and Phase III Remediation and Cleanup for Brownfields sites and brought dozens of these sites to closure and ready for development throughout northern California.
The following is a list of Hanover's current Cal/EPA Brownfields Program sites, on which assessment and cleanup activities are funded by the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. Each of these projects includes an initial Environmental Site Assessment, Work Plans for Site Investigations, a Site Investigation and Results Report, and preparation of HASP, SAP and QAPP. Because these sites are currently undergoing cleanup and remediation activities, Hanover also prepared a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for each site. In addition, Hanover designed and installed the site's remediation system and is currently conducting ongoing monitoring and reporting. Hanover obtained all appropriate permits for each phase of the project and interfaces closely with regulatory agencies to ensure that the cleanup and remediation process meets all applicable standards.
